The watch is examined without disassembly. Case, crystal, crown, winding and setting action, movement sound.
Written assessment
A written diagnosis is prepared and discussed. The scope and cost are agreed before any work begins.
Careful work
Service proceeds according to the agreed scope. No additions without prior discussion. Heritage pieces photographed throughout.
Verified return
Timing machine results recorded. Written condition report prepared. Watch returned with the documentation.
Service 01
Mechanical Movement Servicing
A full service for hand-wound and automatic movements, covering careful disassembly, ultrasonic cleaning of components, inspection of pivots and jewels, lubrication with the appropriate oils for each contact point, reassembly, and timing adjustment on a calibration machine. Suitable for owners of Swiss, Japanese, and Thai-assembled timepieces who would like to keep their watch in long-term wearable condition.

- Complete disassembly of movement
- Ultrasonic bath cleaning of all components
- Pivot and jewel inspection under magnification
- Grade-appropriate lubrication at each contact point
- Timing machine calibration and regulation
- Written condition report with timing results
This service is suited to
Watches that have not been serviced within four to six years, pieces that are running slow or showing erratic rate behaviour, and watches the owner intends to wear regularly and would like to maintain properly. Most services take two to three weeks and include a written condition report.

Service 02
Crystal, Crown & Case Restoration
Cosmetic and structural restoration for watch cases. The service covers replacement of acrylic, mineral or sapphire crystals, refitting of crowns and stems, gasket renewal, careful polishing of cases and bracelets where the owner agrees to it, and water-resistance pressure testing where the case allows. Each request begins with a quiet consultation so any cosmetic decision rests with the owner.

Service 03
Heritage & Complication Restoration
A specialist restoration service for vintage chronographs, perpetual calendars, moonphase pieces, and family heirlooms that may have been resting in a drawer for many years. The work includes diagnostic disassembly, replacement of out-of-tolerance parts where suitable spares can be sourced, regulation of complications, and refinishing of dials only when the owner specifically requests it.

Workshop standards
Ultrasonic component cleaning
Applied to disassembled movement parts to remove contamination without surface abrasion. Standard for all movement work.
Consent before irreversible steps
Polishing, refinishing, or sourcing parts outside the original scope are only undertaken after explicit discussion and agreement with the owner.
Written documentation
A written report accompanies every completed watch. Records are produced for both diagnosis and completion, forming a permanent service history.
Pressure testing
Cases with a water-resistance rating are pressure tested after all gasket renewal work. Results are noted and disclosed to the owner.
Single technician responsibility
The technician who assesses the watch carries out the work. There is no split between diagnosis and execution, and no anonymous bench worker.
Owner data & watch security
Watch receipt documentation is issued at drop-off. Owner contact details are held only for the duration of the service and not shared with third parties.
